Insurance Manager

As a result a new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expert team in the role of Insurance Manager.

The successful candidate will play an instrumental part in our exciting growth plans as they will be responsible for building new and further developing existing insurer relationships. Alongside this they will be required to implement an effective, high level placing strategy ensuring that both we and our clients get the most possible from the insurance products we offer.

The candidate will also play an integral part in the continuing technical development of our staff so very good technical insurance knowledge is a must, as is knowledge of the FCA regulatory framework as they will also have responsibility for much of the compliance function of the business.

Ideal candidates will be qualified to Dip CII level, although those willing to undertake studies are encouraged to apply. Applicants should also have at least 5 years` experience gained in an Insurance Company environment along with a proven track record of managerial skills and compliance knowledge.
